We get no rest!

The team took 11 wrestlers to Woodland camp over the summer.  The camp highlighted escaping from bottom, front headlock, and many other techniques valuable to team.   We’ll be sure to see their individual improvement in the fall!

Etowah brought 4 wrestlers to the camp at Chattanooga and stayed several days to enhance their skills even further.  Alex Pham made it to All-star team where he competed with some of the best wrestlers at the camp in a dual against other wrestlers.  The team learned lots of character building during this camp as well.   
Skyler Shuman and Blake Smith competed in Freestyle and Greco over the summer.  Skyler
placed 2nd in Southeast Regions and went on to compete at Tulsa National Duals and Fargo Individual Duals.   

These guys all did an outstanding team in showing their dedication to the sport over the summer and throughout the school year! What a way to represent Etowah Wrestling!
