Coach Brandon Ainsworth

Coach Brandon is married with 2 children. He wrestled at Etowah from 2002 - 2006. He rejoined the wrestling community as a youth coach in 2019. 

Coach David Payton

Coach David is married with 8 children. David wrestled from elementary through high school.  He placed in GA state sophomore, junior, and senior year.  Despite scholarship offerings, following high school, David chose to join the Marine Corps.

Coach Greg McFate

Coach Greg has been happily married for over 14 years with 2 sons ages 8 and 12 as well as two daughters ages 26 and 28.   Coach Greg has been involved in youth wrestling for over 14 years and helped coach our current head wrestling coach in the Varsity program.
